How To Peel & Chop Garlic

Step 1

Place a head of garlic on work surface or cutting board

Step 2

Separate cloves

Step 3

Place clove on cutting board & place chef's knife on top of clove. Firmly press on chef's knife & crush the clove of garlic

Step 4

Remove papery skin

Step 5

Chop with chef's knife to desired size.
