Step 1

Prepare mise en place (gather all ingredients)

Place vinegar in mixing bowl

Step 3

Slowly whisk in extra virgin olive oil. {Chef's Secret: Slowly whisking in the oil allows for a better emulsion, meaning that the dressing will stay together longer. Best when prepared several hours ahead to allow flavors to blend.}

Step 4

Add seasonings
