How To Cut An Avocado
Make a cut around the circumference of the avocado
Twist the two halves so that they come apart
One half will have the pit in the center
Place your chef's knife in the pit and remove.
Slide a spoon between the flesh & skin to remove flesh
Slice or dice as necessary
